OTR Open Deck Drivers

  • Top-tier pay. The top 25% of drivers earn $2,150-$2,280/week, and most drivers earn $1,490-$2,020/week, before performance pay.*
  • Up to 76 CPM. Start at 61-70 CPM based on experience, climb to a 72 CPM base with raises every 50,000 miles, and add up to 4 CPM in monthly performance pay.*
  • Home time you can bank. Earn 1.5 days home for every full week out and use it how you want.
  • Your own trailer. After 60 days with a clean record, you’re eligible for a dedicated Specialized Step Deck trailer.

OTR Glass Drivers

  • Top-tier pay. Top performers earn $2,160-$2,300/week, and the top 25% of drivers earn $2,040-$2,180/week, before performance pay.*
  • Up to 76 CPM. Start at 65-69 CPM based on glass experience, climb to a 72 CPM base with raises every 100,000 miles, and add up to 4 CPM in monthly performance pay.*
  • New to glass? We’ll train you. With 1+ year of OTR experience, get a week of hands-on glass training in Church Hill, TN, at $200/day.*
  • Home time you can bank. Earn 1.5 days home for every full week out and use it how you want.

Regional Flatbed Drivers

  • Home every weekend. Get home for a 34-hour reset every weekend.
  • Solid weekly pay. Drivers average about $1,500/week, with base pay of 60-68 CPM on all loaded and empty miles, based on experience and region.*
  • Steady freight, consistent miles. Haul steel, machinery, pipe, lumber, and sheetrock on established regional lanes, with $75 tarp pay on tarped loads.*
  • Routes in multiple regions. Openings in the Midwest, the Southeast, and Texas.

Company Driver Benefits & Extras

  • Paid to get started. $2,500 sign-on bonus plus $1,000 orientation pay. Orientation is in Fargo, ND, with travel, hotel, and meals covered.*
  • Health coverage. Medical (including a $0-premium employee-only option), dental, vision, accident, and supplemental life and AD&D coverage.*
  • Vacation pay and holidays. Up to $3,000 a year in vacation pay as your tenure grows, plus 6 paid holidays.*

Open Deck: 2,000-2,800 (most) or 3,000-3,200 (top 25%) miles/week at a 66.25 CPM average, plus average accessorial pay ($8,500/yr). Glass: 3,000-3,200 miles/week at a 68 CPM average (top 25%) or 72 CPM (top performers); base mileage pay only. Regional: $1,500/week is a company-reported average. Driver Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • OTR Open Deck: 6+ months of flatbed experience, OR 1+ year of OTR or regional experience in the last 3 years
  • OTR Glass: 1+ year of OTR experience, OR 6+ months of OTR glass experience
  • Regional: 6+ months of OTR experience. Some regions require 1+ year of flatbed experience and a TWIC card.
