OTR and Regional Open Deck Drivers

Top annual earnings up to $120,000. Drivers average $1,504–$2,030 per week, with competitive base pay of 60–69 CPM.*
Bonus pay that adds up. Earn an additional 4 CPM monthly safe driver bonus* on top of base pay.
Flexible home time. Get home weekly or bi-weekly depending on location and route.
Consistent miles, strong weeks. Run 2,500–3,000 miles per week with steady freight and reliable lanes.

OTR Specialized Glass Drivers

Premium pay for specialized freight. Earn 65–72 CPM* hauling high-value glass loads.
Safety bonuses on every mile. Add 4 CPM monthly safe driver bonus* to your total earnings.
Variety of runs available. Choose from OTR and dedicated opportunities based on your preference.
Home time that works. Weekly or bi-weekly home time depending on location.
No experience required to start. Glass experience preferred, but not required—we’ll help you get rolling.
